          Congratulations to all winners and participants!  
          Our 1999 National Siberian Husky Specialty was held
          for the first time ever in Saskatchewan!  Hosting 
          the national was an incredible experience and we, 
          the SHCC Saskatchewan Chapter certainly hopes that
